To report a death
Email the Secretary with the deceased's name, membership number, date and place of death, and the claimant's contact details. Members can also raise a claim from the portal. A death notice goes to all members, and the 72-hour contribution window starts from that notice.

Messages are handled by the Secretary by email. If you are a member, sign in to the portal and use Claims to report a death, or Member profile to change your details.
